Hanwha Techwin Co. have collaborated with two major tech firms for its AI-powered video solutions project, according to a news report. The two companies that have been partnered with Hanwha include, Azena and KT Corp. While Azena is a firm dealing with Internet of Things solutions, on the other hand, KT Corp is a telecommunication tech giant in South Korea.

Hanwha Techwin made the announcement early this month. According to the announcement, through the partnership, the company plans to integrate AI in their products for CCTV users. In addition, it will allow users to add and access AI-powered video analytics tools through Techwin products.

Due to geographical constraints, it seemed impractical to add and function AI-powered tools in a single camera. However, Hanwha Techwin has attempted to overcome barriers and come up with a solution that will help users add video analytic tools, including number recognition, fire alarming, etc.

Azena has a strong presence in security industry technology. Robert Bosch GmbH owns the firm and operates one of the largest AI CCTV applications open IoT platforms for security cameras. The firm partnering with Hanwha Techwin is a collaboration projected to bring out some great security products for CCTV users.

KT Corp, the tech, will be supporting Techwin’s 5G communications data processing and computing through its mobile edge computing.

Last month, KT Corp acquired global data company Epsilon to boost the company’s data communication infrastructure. According to industry experts, its collaboration with Hanwha Techwin is another great move made by the company, strengthening its space in the market. The stocks of KT Corp have surged since the partnership announcement was made.

The three firms have stated that the collaboration will shape the AI video solution industry better, benefitting the entire ecosystem. Additionally, the companies have declared that they also aim to encourage local programmers and developers on the Azena Application store through their partnership.
