Samsung Electronics began extending customer service support through WhatsApp to give speedy solutions to clients’ inquiries from the comfort of their homes. Samsung reinforced its contactless customer service offerings to mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic throughout the country.

Consumers can access information about service center locations, request technical assistance for any Samsung product, ask for demo and installation, inquire about the status of a repair, and view new offers. Customers can call or send a message to this support number 1800-5-SAMSUNG (1800-5-7267864) to register. Customers can avail of the service throughout the week, starting from 9 am to 6 pm.

Contactless Service Options

Samsung created several contactless service options to help customers resolve issues without compromising their health and safety. Customers can choose from Live Chat, Remote Support, and technical assistance through the call center or self-taught videos shown on YouTube and the Samsung Website.

Consumers can get in touch with a customer service representative or an AI ChatBot via Live Chat instantly for requests at any time. Queries resolved can reach an average of 9,000 per day.

The Remote Support assists Samsung smartphone and Smart TV customers online. A specialist can diagnose and give instant solutions regarding an issue with the device.

Call center agents can also offer technical support and advice to consumers about procedures to help them solve the issue.

Samsung created Video Tips on Samsung Website & YouTube to teach consumers how to solve common problems and difficulties regarding their devices. The videos show tips and concepts that would make the customer familiar with the product that they use.

Moreover, tech giant also created the Samsung Members App exclusively for its users. Consumers can participate and engage in its community for product knowledge. The Samsung Members App can provide access to place service requests, track repair progress, remote support, and phone diagnostics, and live chat with call center agents concerning different issues.
