Samsung Electronics recently held the 2025 Southwest Asia Tech Seminar in Gurgaon, India, where it unveiled its latest Bespoke home appliances powered by artificial intelligence. The event showcased Samsung’s vision for a smart home ecosystem centered on SmartThings connectivity, emphasizing ease of use, energy efficiency, family focus, and enhanced security.

Following the launch in Southeast Asia, Samsung introduced its 2025 Bespoke AI appliance lineup in India, featuring room air conditioners, refrigerators, and washing machines. Available through Samsung Stores, Samsung.com, and authorized online retailers, the new range aims to simplify everyday life by offering personalized, secure, and energy-saving experiences powered by the AI Home screen, Bixby voice assistant, and Samsung Knox security.

At the center of Samsung’s new lineup is the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo, an innovative all-in-one appliance that sets a new benchmark for convenience and smart automation in laundry care. This space-saving washer-dryer combo intelligently adjusts washing and drying cycles based on fabric type, soil level, and load weight, ensuring optimal cleaning while reducing drying time by up to 60% and energy use by as much as 75%.

Its 7-inch AI Home touchscreen offers personalized suggestions, energy monitoring, and seamless control over connected devices, making laundry management simpler and more efficient.

The 2025 Bespoke AI range extends Samsung’s AI Home ecosystem across key appliances such as refrigerators, air conditioners, and washing machines. Featuring intuitive touchscreens, advanced voice controls through Bixby, and accessibility options, the lineup creates a connected, user-friendly smart home environment. The AI Home screen acts as the central hub, enabling real-time appliance monitoring, control of multiple devices, entertainment, and family communication—all accessible through a single interface designed for ease of use.

Bixby voice assistant has been upgraded with new features, including Voice ID, which recognizes individual users and switches to their personalized Samsung accounts. This allows for tailored voice interactions and enhanced convenience. Additionally, SmartThings’ Family Care service adds a layer of safety by alerting family members about unusual activity or inactivity, providing peace of mind through proactive home monitoring.

Security and future readiness are key focuses for Samsung’s 2025 lineup. The integration of Samsung Knox across multiple appliances ensures robust, multi-layered protection for user data and smart home connectivity.

Furthermore, Samsung’s Smart Forward software update service guarantees that users receive ongoing feature improvements and performance upgrades, helping to extend the lifespan of their devices without the need for immediate replacement.

The lineup is designed around four core consumer benefits: Easy, Save, Care, and Secure. These appliances simplify daily tasks by automating routines and offering remote control through SmartThings and Bixby voice commands.

They also promote energy efficiency with AI-driven modes that optimize power consumption and reduce waste, while care features provide maintenance alerts and safety notifications. Security is reinforced by Knox’s comprehensive protection and verified certifications from UL Solutions.

Among the highlights showcased at the seminar were the Bespoke AI refrigerator, featuring a 9-inch touchscreen and AI Vision Inside, which is capable of recognizing and tracking fresh food items and their expiry dates to reduce waste. The Bespoke AI WindFree air conditioner provides personalized, draft-free cooling with AI Energy Mode, which adapts to user habits, reducing energy consumption by up to 30%. Other key products include the Bespoke AI Top Load Washer with intelligent cycle adjustments and SmartThings integration, all designed to provide a smarter, safer, and more inclusive living experience for modern Indian households.
