C&C has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with NAVER Cloud, an IT development company specializing in cloud services. Whereas NAVER Cloud, a subsidiary of Naver Corporation has been advancing cloud technologies and facilitating digital transformation. Enabling mutual growth, SK Inc. C&C and NAVER Cloud Platform will be discovering hyper-scale AI services such as computing and storage at the enterprise level throughout South Korea.
The combination and development of the two parties, SK Inc. C&C along with NAVER Cloud Platform are going to be the emphasis of the new partnership. Ranging from finance, and public to enterprise scale, SK Inc. C&C is a company with a background in delivering IT services to some of the biggest businesses across South Korea.
On the other hand, HyperCLOVA X from NAVER Cloud Platform is thought to be a proficient version of ChatGPT. This newly launched hyper-scale AI service is specifically built for Korean speakers with more Korean word capacity than the later open AI. Not only that, HyperCLOVA X caters to a large digital audience or customer base.
Using NAVER Cloud’s super scale AI like HyperCLOVA X, customers are enabled to integrate their data with HyperCLOVA, a modern Korean-based language model system that contributes human linguistic capacity to users. In a way, HyperCLOVA X allows users to assemble AI solutions and opportunities for their business at the same time.
The recently signed MOU SK Inc. C&C will develop a combination with its prior AI data platforms like Acculnsight+, Accu.TA AI engine with NAVER Cloud’s HyperCLOVA X. Furthermore, the two companies also look forward to establishing a support system for consulting, construction and operational work.
Both companies have a common goal of putting together a super-scale AI service for South Korea’s domestic industries including banking, finance, insurance, capital and more. Via CCA businesses will be able to handle selective interactions automatically or in other words, intelligent algorithms will take care of customer interactions and the need for human agents will drop to some extent.
