Samsung SDS Unveils Full-Stack AI Strategy to Drive Enterprise Transformation
The IT solutions arm of Samsung Group showcases integrated AI services, generative AI platforms, and strategic partnerships at REAL Summit 2025 to help businesses scale AI adoption effectively.

Samsung SDS, the IT solutions subsidiary of Samsung Group, has unveiled its full-stack artificial intelligence (AI) service strategy, aimed at supporting enterprises across industries in navigating the rapidly evolving AI landscape. The strategy spans infrastructure, consulting, platforms, and solutions, positioning Samsung SDS as a comprehensive partner for companies seeking to implement AI-driven innovation.

The announcement was made during REAL Summit 2025, a customer-focused event held on September 11 at COEX in Seoul. Approximately 15,000 participants attended, both on-site and online, demonstrating strong interest in Samsung SDS’s generative AI services, client use cases, and strategic global partnerships.

Embracing the AI Agent Era

At the summit, Samsung’s CEO Lee June-hee highlighted the arrival of the AI agent era, where AI systems can autonomously perform complex tasks beyond traditional AI assistants. He illustrated this with an example: an AI agent can book a business flight by analyzing personal schedules, preferences, and historical behavior, completing the reservation with minimal human input.

Lee emphasized that AI transformation (AX) is not just about deploying technology—it requires a holistic change in organizational workflows. Successful adoption demands robust cloud infrastructure, advanced data management, and strong security measures, all of which Samsung SDS integrates into its full-stack approach.

Core Components of the Full-Stack AI Offering

Samsung SDS’s strategy includes:

  • FabriX: A generative AI platform that connects multiple language models with enterprise systems, enabling the creation and management of autonomous AI agents.
  • Brity Copilot: A generative AI assistant that interprets real-time work data, provides recommendations, and automates routine tasks.
  • Brity Automation: A workflow automation solution that reduces repetitive manual processes and improves operational efficiency.

FabriX leverages Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) technologies, allowing multiple AI agents to collaborate and optimize outcomes across business processes. Brity Copilot adds advanced personal assistant capabilities, such as real-time translation, automated reminders, and voice-command operations, enhancing global team productivity.

Client Success Stories

The summit featured case studies from enterprise clients demonstrating tangible benefits from Samsung SDS solutions:

  • KB Financial Group: Integrated FabriX-based AI agents into financial services and asset management, improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Wonik IPS: Used Brity Copilot to generate automated meeting summaries and real-time interpretation, facilitating international collaboration.
  • Upstage: Leveraged Samsung SDS generative AI solutions to optimize workflow processes and business insights.

These examples highlight how AI adoption can streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and improve productivity across industries.

Strategic Global Partnerships

Industry leaders, including Michael Dell (Dell Technologies) and Peter Pluim (SAP Enterprise Cloud Services), participated in the summit, showcasing ongoing collaborations with Samsung SDS. “We will create the bright future of AI innovation by combining DELL Technologies’ infrastructure expertise with the AI-based solutions of Samsung SDS, the leader in this area,” he stated.

These partnerships have shown SDS’s approach of combining global infrastructure expertise with AI-powered enterprise solutions, reinforcing its position as a strategic IT partner for large-scale AI transformation initiatives.

Extensive Industry Coverage

REAL Summit 2025 featured 50 sessions across 10 tracks, covering digital transformation in manufacturing, retail, finance, logistics, public administration, and defense. Participants explored generative AI services, cloud solutions, AI analytics, and enterprise applications, and engaged with solution providers and SDS subsidiaries such as Multicampus, Miracom, S-Core, SECUI, and emro.

The event also offered hands-on experiences, enabling enterprises to understand the practical applications of AI in real-world scenarios and explore how full-stack AI can drive measurable business outcomes.

Future Outlook and National Initiatives

Lee concluded that Samsung SDS’s full-stack AI strategy provides a flexible, end-to-end solution for enterprise innovation. By strengthening each layer of the stack—from infrastructure to AI platforms and consulting—SDS offers a one-stop solution for companies implementing and scaling AI initiatives.

Looking ahead, Samsung SDS is exploring participation in Korea’s national AI computing center project, further positioning itself as a leader in AI-driven enterprise transformation. The company’s integrated approach highlights the critical role of AI, cloud infrastructure, and secure, collaborative technologies in shaping the future of business innovation.
