At IFA 2024, LG Electronics will launch its “Experience, Affectionate Intelligence AI Home” exhibit to showcase its vision for future living. The highlight of the display will be the LG ThinQ ON AI home hub, designed to serve as the centerpiece of a connected smart home ecosystem. This hub integrates LG’s advanced Affectionate Intelligence, enabling seamless connectivity and personalized experiences by learning from user behavior and preferences.

The LG ThinQ ON AI home hub lets users control their AI appliances and IoT devices through natural, conversational voice commands. This solution promises to enhance daily living with increased convenience, comfort, and customization.

At IFA 2024, LG Electronics will unveil its “LG AI Home” innovations, centered around the LG ThinQ ON, a sophisticated AI home hub. This hub, designed with a sleek cylindrical shape and available in neutral colors, integrates seamlessly with LG’s latest appliances.

Powered by a high-performance AI chipset, ThinQ ON offers personalized control over smart home devices through natural, conversational voice commands. It continuously learns from user behaviors to create a tailored living experience, advancing LG’s vision of a “Zero Labor Home.”

Visitors to LG’s booth will first encounter the AI Home Gate, an immersive LED display showcasing how LG AI enhances everyday life. They will interact with the ThinQ ON hub as they proceed, which automates tasks such as managing appliance settings, controlling lights, and adjusting temperatures.

The Second Youth Home zone highlights ThinQ ON’s role in assisting the elderly by automating household chores and adjusting home settings to user preferences. This feature streamlines daily activities, from setting appliance modes to offering voice-guided assistance for tasks like booking transportation.

In the Affectionate Home zone, the AI hub supports family life by managing children’s routines and pet care, ensuring a comfortable environment with smart air quality management and cleaning the floors.

In the Delightful Home zone, ThinQ ON enhances cooking experiences by suggesting recipes and providing nutritional analysis. Live cooking demonstrations and smart appliances like the AI ovens and InstaView™ with MoodUP™ refrigerator further showcase LG’s commitment to integrating AI in the kitchen.

The Smart Green Home zone illustrates ThinQ ON’s energy efficiency capabilities. It optimizes household energy usage and reduces costs through real-time adjustments and high-efficiency appliances like the Therma V™ R290 heat pump.

The LG Affectionate Intelligence zone at IFA 2024 emphasizes the scalability and versatility of LG’s AI ecosystem. Central to this is the ThinQ ON hub, which integrates with various IoT sensors and devices such as motion detectors, light sensors, and smart buttons. These components provide real-time spatial data, enabling highly personalized and responsive home services.
