It is predicted that LG Electronics will announce its 5G Smartphones at ‘MWC 2019’, which will be held in Barcelona in February 2019, and release its products in March the same year.
On the 16th, it was announced that LG Electronics is planning to introduce 5G smartphones. This comes at a time when South Korean mobile network providers are preparing to open commercialization of a 5G network in March of 2019.
“We understand that LG Electronics has set a goal of supplying 5G smartphones no later than Samsung Electronics.”
Industry expert
Samsung Electronics recently announced the highly anticipated release of its 5G Galaxy S10 model, however LG Electronics did not specify when it will introduce its competing phone.
“We are going to sell 5G phones in the first half of next year in the U.S. and South Korea.”
