South Korea’s KT Corp. has introduced a new solution named “DX Care,” designed to streamline the diagnostic process for assessing the quality of corporate intranet networks. In an era of digital transformation, DX Care automatically evaluates network traffic within the complex corporate intranet environment and generates comprehensive reports, facilitating efficient diagnosis of potential issues.

The new traffic diagnostic solution responds to the escalating digitalization of corporate intranet networks. It caters to the evolving demands of modern enterprises.

Through automated assessments and detailed reports, DX Care simplifies the identification of network irregularities, thereby helping the enhanced efficiency and performance of corporate networks.

DX Care’s advanced capabilities encompass analyzing network elements, including circuits, servers, and access points. The in-depth examination hinges on packet analysis and the integration of robotic process automation (RPA) technology, conducted with precision—down to the second.

By scrutinizing these vital network components, DX Care can efficiently detect traffic patterns, load variations, and potential issues. Moreover, the solution offers prompt remedies for any identified traffic concerns and service quality deterioration.

Previously, when organizations encountered disruptions in their data exchange services, such as video conferencing quality degradation or network interruptions, pinpointing the root causes was a time-consuming process, often necessitating the expertise of specialized personnel.

However, with DX Care, diagnosing such network quality issues will likely become faster and more accessible. It helps network administrators to expedite the resolution process, whether it entails network expansion or equipment reallocation. Hence, according to the company, it minimizes downtime and enhances service reliability.

KT intends to make DX Care accessible to corporate clients via a subscription-based service, offering them the convenience of swift network diagnostics and tailored solutions. Moreover, the company is preparing to expand the functionality of DX Care by integrating consulting features.

Based on the diagnostic results, these features will play a proactive role in suggesting measures for enhancing the quality and efficiency of digital transformation (DX) services.

KT deployed DX Care within sections of its corporate headquarters, and the results were impressive. The implementation of this solution translated into an approximately 80 percent reduction in issue resolution time, a noteworthy improvement compared to the traditionally lengthier manual intervention by specialized engineers.

To further streamline and enhance network services, KT is in the process of introducing consulting functionalities. These features will identify potential concerns and actively propose effective remedies, ensuring businesses can extract the utmost value from their network services while preventing or rapidly addressing issues.
