Guro District held the fourth Smart City Policy Advisory Committee on March 19th. The policy advisory committee, held at the Creative Hall of the district office, was set up to discuss ways to develop a smart city and review the progress of key projects in 2019.
The meeting was attended by 17 officials from Hongik University, including Lee Sung-eun, chairman of the committee, and Yoon Joo-sun, a professor at Hongik University, a vice chairman, and businessmen and related organizations. The meet started with the publication of the Shared Economy Implementation Project and Operation Platform based on Blockchain, by Escape Secretary-General Lee Seong-hoon, then the advisory committee was followed by a report on progress and advice on 1) The 2025 Master Plan for a Smart City and establishment of a mid- and long-term Roadmap, 2) Building an Experience Hall in Sindorim Smart City, 3) The Development of smart media culture and a themed street in G Valley and 4) A Progress Report.
