Venture Business Association SVI (Seoul Venture Incubator) announced on April 19th that it will open its 6th role model human library at S2B Art in Tipstown on April 26th, which will be joined by a senior venture company (role model), a startup mentor and a startup company.
At the event, which marks its sixth anniversary, Baek Kyung-soo, CEO of media marketing Lashevan Korea, will be a venture businessman who is a senior role model. CEO Baek is a strong small entrepreneur who developed functional underwear products for men and raised them as a company that grew over 200 percent annually in 2013 and is entering Japanese 100 stores with “Lashevan” products and is developing into a global company.
The open mentoring program of the role model entrepreneur is titled, “This is how a product is used in the media,” and he will convey his experiences in home shopping and marketing, as well as his experiences in media marketing such as PPL commercials, radio commercials and drama subtitling advertisements. They will also share stories that led them to participate in the “Salon International De La Lingerie show” in Paris.
Ten startup teams will have team mentoring time that presents solutions after agonizing over difficulties of companies based on their experiences and know-how accumulated in real-life situations. Meanwhile, the role model human library will continue to open on Tuesday every month, and any member of the startup ecosystem can apply for participation on the website of the Venture Business Association.
